Enrollment

A clear, supportive path to residential services

Choosing residential support is an important decision. Our enrollment team explains each step, listens carefully, and helps families understand what comes next.

How enrollment works

Four steps, with support throughout.

Connect with us

Call or complete the short inquiry form. No clinical documents are needed for the first conversation.

Share what matters

Tell us about the individual’s goals, current support, preferred location, timing, and daily routines.

Review eligibility and fit

We coordinate with the individual, family or guardian, ISC, and referral professionals as appropriate.

Visit and plan

When a suitable opening is available, we arrange a conversation or visit and develop a thoughtful transition plan.

Prepare for the conversation
