Who We Serve & Eligibility
First Zion Homes supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have been determined eligible for Illinois DD waiver services.
Generally, this includes adults who:
- — Have an intellectual or developmental disability
- — Have been determined eligible for Illinois DD waiver services
- — Are seeking residential support outside the family home
Not sure yet?
Eligibility is determined by the State of Illinois, not by First Zion directly — you do not need a final determination to start a conversation with us. An ISC agency can help confirm eligibility and status.
