We receive information you choose to submit through contact, enquiry, referral, employment, and other website forms. This may include identifiers, contact details, service interests, professional information, application materials, and the content of your message.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate service or employment enquiries, coordinate referrals, maintain appropriate records, operate and secure the website, meet legal obligations, and improve First Zion processes.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized First Zion personnel, service providers supporting website operations, professional advisers, government or oversight authorities when required, or other parties with appropriate permission or legal authority.

Sensitive information

Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, or other highly sensitive material through general forms or the website assistant. Ask staff for an approved secure submission method.

First Zion uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the website. No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for its purpose, operational requirements, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping duties.

Cookies and external services

The public site does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. Restricted staff access uses an essential authentication cookie. Mapping, email, or other linked services operate under their own privacy practices.

Your choices and questions

You may ask what website information you submitted, request a correction, withdraw a pending non-required enquiry, or ask how it was handled. Some information may need to be retained or withheld as required by law or legitimate operational duties.
