From a submitted referral to a decision — what happens, and when.

Referral details submitted

An ISC or another authorized professional shares basic, non-sensitive details through the referral form.

You receive a reference number immediately, so you always have a way to track the referral.

Our intake team reviews the referral and lets you know if anything more is needed.

We schedule a conversation with the individual and/or family to understand goals and fit.

We follow up directly — whether the answer is a placement, a waitlist, or a referral elsewhere.
